The DDA met Wednesday in Executive Session to review and discuss the proposals submitted as part of the RFP process for the Southern Skillet redevelopment site.
This meeting was held in a closure or executive session because the financial offers are being discussed with regards to matters associated with the acquisition or disposition of real estate.
The Proposals In Consideration
The Roswell DDA received six proposals, which were all reviewed from a financial, market and experience perspective.

Following this meeting, we submitted our list of four finalists to the Mayor and City Council. The following teams have been invited to present to a join work session of the Mayor and City Council and the DDA.

Next Steps
Wednesday, Dec. 5, at 9 a.m., there will be a joint work session between the DDA, the Mayor and City Council to discuss these proposals. The public will be welcomed to attend the open portion of the meeting. Immediately following the open portion of the meeting, the DDA and Mayor and City Council will go into a joint executive session to discuss the final recommendation.
