Roswell DDA Votes to Recommend and Negotiate a Letter of Intent with West Alley, LLC for the Historic District Hotel Project

The DDA board voted on May 4th to recommend West Alley, LLC as the private developer to bring its boutique hotel concept with multi-use office, retail and restaurant space to the City of Roswell’s Historic District. The vote was 6 to 1 to move forward with negotiating a letter of intent between the DDA and West Alley for developing the property that includes tracts of land between Magnolia Street and Webb Street along Mimosa Blvd. behind the adjacent Canton Street business district. Developer Presentations are Released

DDA received final versions and was granted approval this week to post the presentations from two private developers submitting documents for the hotel project in the City of Roswell’s Historic District. The two developers are Choice Gateway, LLC and West Alley, LLC, and both presentations bring a boutique hotel concept with multi-use office, retail and restaurant space. The property under consideration includes tracts of land between Magnolia Street and Webb Street along Mimosa Blvd. behind the adjacent Canton Street business district.

Reviewing Developer Presentations

The DDA is currently communicating with investors and developers on potential partnerships and proposed designs for the space. Presentations are being made by the developers during a monthly Regular DDA Board Meetings. Once a plan is favored by the DDA, City Council will be presented the DDA’s recommendations.
