**Possible Quorum of Mayor and Council**

Although these are Roswell Downtown Development Authority board meetings, it is possible the Mayor and Council may attend along with the public or be a guest within the meeting. It is possible the Mayor and Council attendance within the room may meet their own quorum. Their records can be obtained by the City by contacting mpress@roswellgov.com
