The RFP was released October 31, 2018, with submissions due November 14, 2018. We received six proposals as indicated on the sign-in sheet.

Please realize that the renderings and plans are only a part of the proposal and that we are currently reviewing the proposals from a financial, market and experience perspective. All aspects are important to the final execution and development of the project.

In the meantime, we would like to share the plans, programs & images from the proposals we are considering.
