Ron has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing and since 2002, he is the VP of Leasing at Brixmor Property Group in Roswell, GA. Brixmor’s southeast regional office relocated to East Roswell in 2018 and is a dominant open air shopping center owner, with over 400 shopping centers and 72 million square feet throughout the country. He graduated from the business school at Arizona State University. Ron, his wife Sue, and their 2 boys (who both graduated from Roswell High School) have lived in West Roswell for over 20 years. Ron has coached baseball and basketball with his boys in the Roswell recreation center. Ron enjoys listening to music, volunteering and hiking the Chattahoochee River and surrounding parks.

Thomas has national experience in real estate acquisitions, sales, development, financing and asset/portfolio management. He retired from Prudential Real Estate Investors after 30+ years and opened Smith Property Capital Advisors to provide consulting services to the commercial real estate industry. He is originally from Birmingham, AL, completed his undergrad in Finance at Vanderbilt and later an MBA from Tulane. He, his wife and children moved to Roswell in 1996. He is a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) and also enjoys golfing and fly fishing.

David has nearly 20 years of experience in design, construction and development across commercial, institutional and residential sectors which provides a comprehensive perspective on land related activities. He is principal and founder of civilogistix, a civil engineering firm, which provides design services across the southeast. David is a registered Professional Engineering in numerous states, has a BS from Virginia Tech, an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Organization & Management from Emory University and is a graduate from Urban Land Institutes Center for Leadership. He lives in Roswell with his wife, Laura, and three young kids.
