Randy Schultz is EVP/Managing Director for Houston based Cadence Bank NA, an $8 billion privately held institution. Randy is responsible for Cadence’s Specialized Industries Group which provides capital to the Restaurant, Healthcare, Convenience & Gas, and Technology industries on a national basis. He has 37+ years deep experience in the financial services industry with a focus on corporate banking. Randy has lived in Roswell for 10 years. Randy served as Vice Chair in 2015 & 2016 and currently serves as Chairman.
Monica Battell Hagewood, CRE is principal and founder of Strata Real Estate Alliance, LLP, a commercial real estate advisory firm that has been providing real estate strategies and solutions to public and private clients since 1996. Monica has over 25 years of experience in the industry ranging from asset management, risk assessment, development strategies as well as feasibility and market analysis. Formerly a landscape architect, she has experience with historic preservation and redevelopment, retail, office, mixed-use, industrial and hotel properties. She has received the designation of Counselor as a member of The Counselors of Real Estate, where she served as Liaison Vice Chair. Monica also is on the Roswell Arts Fund Board of Directors. Monica served as the DDA’s Chairman in 2012 - 2016 and currently serves as Vice-Chairman.
Dave Schmit is Principal of Schmit+Associates, a real estate development and consulting firm focused on community revitalization. He has 30+ years of experience in development and construction that have been primarily focused on residential master planned communities. His early career included construction management of commercial and industrial projects. Dave has lived in Roswell since 1992. He was Chairman of the City of Roswell Comprehensive Plan 2030 and served on the Strategic Economic Development Plan Committee. Dave served as the DDA Treasurer for 7-years to then help orchestrate the Rozwell Plaza project.
Steven Rowe, ASLA is Vice President of AEC, Inc., a planning, engineering and landscape architecture firm, located in Roswell. He is a registered landscape architect with over 20 years of experience in land design, project development and construction with a focus on complex mixed use projects. Steve has been a part of several key developments within the City of Roswell as well as a Roswell business owner since 2002.
Michael grew up in Roswell and is now the Director of Investments at New Kent Capital, a Roswell private investment firm. Michael oversees a portfolio that includes 5 commercial redevelopment projects such as the Historic Renovation Award winning 1028 Canton Street – better recognized by the tenant's name, Table & Main. Michael also serves on the Roswell Convention and Visitors Bureau Board of Directors and is the Chairman of the Board for Buford based Amigos For Christ. He holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia and a MBA from Virginia Tech.
Trent Perry has over 35 years of business and real estate development experience. He has owned and managed businesses including: bar/restaurants, a wholesale greenhouse and three consulting practices providing individuals and businesses with a variety of services. He also served as President of the owner’s association for 29 licensed companies managing 70 consulting practices in major cities in the US and Canada. In addition, he owned and managed numerous real estate assets that included single and multifamily residential, retail commercial and undeveloped land. His early career included military service in the US Army Corps of Engineers with a discharge rank of 1st Lt. He has been a Roswell resident living in Willow Springs since 1986.
